KORACLE APP which means “The King's Oracle Application”.

It is an integrated software designed to assist church administration. It automates major aspects of the church administration system. Thus, it transforms the manual administration of churches into a computerized one.

KORACLE APP is essentially important to churches ready to exploit the full advantages of Information and Communication Technology. It is of no doubt the extent of the inconveniences and inefficiencies created by manual operations of churches in Ghana. To modernize and achieve vast benefits with operations or administration of churches in this modern era the KORACLE APP way is the best option to explore.

It is known that directing administrative efforts to achieve desired outcomes is not an easy thing. Therefore, there is the need to maximize every available resource to attain the ultimate goal of reaping greater outcomes. In line with this, we recommend the adoption of the KORACLE APP platform for church administration.

Types & Platforms

KORACLE APP comes in two forms:

The Branch system and the Single system.
Branch system
The branch system allows the super admin to set up all the branches of the church into the application. The head office becomes the central point of administration where system setup initiation occurs as well as all monitoring exercises
Single System
The single church system does not have expansive services like the branch system. It has all the koracle modules with the exception of branch module and super admin level. This makes it for instance impossible to transfer a member from one branch to another branch.
Platforms
KORACLE APP comes in four different platforms (Web, Android, IOS and Windows Mobile).

KEY FEATURES OR MODULES

These modules are well integrated to deliver success by aligning them to achieve specific goals

System Users
This module manages all the users. It also allows the admin to set user level permissions.
An entry of all vital information of system users as specified by the set parameters of the system are taken up by this module. User level permissions are also set within this module. The user levels include Super Admin, Admin, Treasurer, Secretary, Welfare, Attendance Master, Group Admin and Member.
Member user details are auto generated after the personal information of a member has been entered into the system. Username of a member is his/her email or phone number and the default password is the date of birth (mmddyyyy) of the person. However, the system permit a member to change his/her password at any point in time.
Branch Manager
This module is available for multi branch system of koracle app. It is only available to the super admin of koracle app. It allow the super admin to set up all the church branches and assign and Admin to manage the specific branch.
Asset Manager
This module manages all fixed assets of the church. For example, vehicles, computers, instruments and other possessions of this form are recorded by this module. Records on asset acquisitions and their disposal times are entered here.
When an asset is due for disposal the system automatically signals the Administrator. Likewise, an asset can also be disposed manually when the asset concerned has been determined disposable.
Contribution Wallet
Contribution Wallet manages the various contributions that are collected in the church. All records on contributions either towards the pursuit of a project or other, are managed by this module. The creation of contribution types is done with the help of the contribution wallet. It allow members to make payment for their contributions via mobile money and visa/MasterCard
Offertory Box
The Offertory Box module makes it possible for the Administrator to create offertory types and manage collections from these offertories. Records on all offertory types can be viewed in this module.
Expense Manager
The Expense Manager module manages the financial outflows of the church. It takes records of all payments or expenditures incurred in the operations of the church. Expenses like utility bills, fuel expense, and others are taken care of by this feature.
The flexible nature of the system makes it possible to create new expenditures that arises in the administration of the church.
Membership
This module requires the registration of all members into the system. An entry of all vital information of individuals as specified by the set parameters of the system are taken up by this module. The church membership list can be ascertained with the help of this feature.
Attendance Manager
This module creates room for record keeping on attendance of church members. Week in, week out, attendance of each member of the church is recorded by the Attendance Manager with the help of the assigned user or users of the application. The attendance records give incite on active and inactive members.
This is vital for the decision making process of the church especially with regard to matters concerning membership growth and active participation in the work of God.
Death Registry Manager
All funeral contribution recordings related to the deceased person is managed by this module.
Ministry / Groups
This feature allows the Administrator to create the various ministries/groups in the church into the system. A list of the church ministries or groups can be accessed in this module.
Program
The Program feature allows the Administrator to schedule activities the church intends to carry out over a period of time. A list of upcoming events can be viewed in this feature.
Leadership Front
The Leadership Front feature takes records of leaders in the church with their positions specified. A current list of leaders involved in activities of the church can be accessed here.
Messaging
This feature allows the system user or users to compose and send messages to church members. It is the information propagation tool created to assist the sharing and delivery of information to members of the church. Important notification messages and birthday messages are all managed by the Messaging module of KORACLE APP.
Report Desk
The Report Desk module of KORACLE APP assist the Administrator to generate varied reports on the recorded activities of the church. The KORACLE APP processes raw data and deliver intelligent reports to the Administrator. It also houses all other documents (in the form of pdf, word, excel, power point, etc.) of the church.
